Heavy duty and robust machine structure
Main machine frame is built by 150x150x8mm square tube and four φ70mm solid guiding columns(strongest in this industry), ensuring stability an durability of machine structure in the long run. Also for welding it's done by Japan Panasonic pulse welding, which has no spatter, deep penetration, fine grains and high welding strength, not easy to get crack.
Strong swing arm design feeding car
The innovative design of swing arms for feeding car, powered by 3kw mixing motors, brings more precise and powerful filling of concrete mixture into cavities. The bottom plate is made of high strength wear-resistant steels and the front end of feeding car adopts special steel NM400 for long lifetime use
Powerful and precise hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is powered by 18.5KW hydraulic motor and 500L oil tank for powerful and precise mechanical movement. The high-dynamic double proportional valve is used to automatically adjust the system pressure and flow rate according to different load and speed requirements, so as to achieve fast and impact-free operation and save energy. Oil pipes adopt ferrule-type taper connection, which is leak-proof.

SIEMENS PLC & International electrical components
Controlled by German Siemens PLC and equipped with data input and output devices, the system has safety logic control and system fault self-diagnosis with good stability, strong adaptability for long service life, ensures continuous brick production for high quality concrete products. Adopt international brand electrical components, which is of high performance and locally available.
Efficient static and dynamic vibration table
Equipped with a state-of-the-art vibration table that combines both static and dynamic vibration capabilities. This dual-vibration system ensures concrete blocks are compacted uniformly and with high density. The static vibration helps in the initial compaction of the concrete mixture, while the dynamic vibration refines the process, leading to a more robust and durable end product.
Convenient online after-sale service
The online function of real-time monitoring and troubleshooting enables swift resolution of circuit faults and most electrical issues without delay. This system provides convenient online service support for industrial brick production.
